♔Meet the Artist: Arri!

Hello lovelies! In this post, I wanted to share a few things about myself and what inspires me to create! I'm Texas-born but now reside in Arizona with my wonderful fiance and 2 dogs. On a day-to-day basis I'm a stay-at-home dog mom and slowly working on growing my art business. I originally went to college for Media Arts and Animation because I wanted to make video games but dropped out to study independently and eventually decided that I would rather play them.

In my free time, I enjoy Larme fashion, with the sub-style of Pheromone Fetish being my favorite. I’m also a girl who loves books, makeup, anime, manga, and animated films. Most of my favorite movies are Asian horror. I can spend hours reading books and manga. With regard to music, I love classical music, Jpop, JRock, KPop, Pop Rock, and EDM.

1. I have ADHD, so that explains all the gaps in my portfolio. (⁄ ⁄•⁄ω⁄•⁄ ⁄)

2. In high school, I played the violin and bass.

3. My favorite anime of all time is Revolutionary Girl Utena.

4. I'm terrified of squids and octopuses, especially the latter. (＞﹏＜)

5. I'm exactly one week younger than my partner.

6. My main factor for buying anything seems to be whether it's pink, over functionality.

7. My name is French, but I don't know what it means. All I know I was named after my grandmother whom I was always told I looked like.

8. Aside from anime and manga, I love watching true crime and cooking shows.

9. In my high school days, I went through an emo/goth phase.

10. The very first game I ever completed was Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core.
