Personal Usage

 

• The commissions are not to be printed, resold, multiplied nor used in any way that could bring income unless agreed otherwise.

• You may not make changes to the illustration on your own, nor have it edited by a 3rd party.

• You may use the commission for any personal usage like profile pictures etc.

• You may not post the original full-sized file online.

• You may not claim the authorship of the artwork itself. The artist (me) keeps all ownership of the artwork.

• You may print the commission for your personal use (single copy).

Commercial Usage

• The commission may be used in a type of commercial usage that was agreed on.

• You may not make changes to the illustration on your own, nor have it edited by a 3rd party.

• You may use the commission for any personal usage like profile pictures etc.

• You may not claim the authorship of the artwork itself. The artist (me) keeps all ownership of the artwork.

 

Artist rights

 

• If the commission is a fan-art, I will be able to use it for Patreon/prints/art-books etc.

• If the commission is your original character, I will still use it for Patreon content that doesn't include PSD file and full-sized illustrations.

• If I ever want to use your commission outside of these rules, I will do it only with your permission.

• I have the right to post the commission online, unless there’s a due date (eg. birthdays, release date), then I will wait accordingly.

• I have the right to use your commission as a visual example for future commissions and catalogue.

Process

 

• The payment is made through PayPal invoice.

• The commission will be started only after the payment has been made.

• Personal commissions are being drawn in the same order they were ordered at.

• The commission may take up to 3 months to be finished, depending on many factors such as other commercial commissions and the order of commissions. In case of any delays due to health problems etc. you will get notified.

• I will send you a sketch or multiples to choose and approve. You must apply most crucial corrections during this phase.

• I may stream the process of the commission on my Twitch channel unless you have clearly said to keep it private.

• You may apply maximum 3 separate big correction requests if it is after the sketch phase. Any additional corrections will require additional charge.

• Changing the whole pose is not possible once I start the line-art. 

• You will receive the full-sized illustration without a watermark. In case of solo character art, you will also receive a transparent version.

Refunds

 

• You may cancel the commission without any charges, if the payment hasn’t been made yet.

• You may request a refund, if the commission hasn’t yet been started 3 months after ordering.

• The commission is NOT refundable once I’ve started working on it (sketch).
