For some time now, I have had this feeling of needing to spread my wings and explore. I remember the days of my childhood when my mom and my siblings would take summer road trips. In fact, my fondest memory of this is traveling from Texas back home to Arizona and my mom was blasting her Randy Travis cassette tape (Yes, I'm that old and yes my mom listens to country music š ...) and the four of us were singing along. I remember this beautiful green and tall forest and these long winding roads. My heart has been aching for that again and I thought about all the places I'd love to see and share them with you.
01 | Tokyo, Japan

For the longest, I've loved Japan. The culture, the food and I'd love to visit the Capcom cafe. Additionally, my stepdad was stationed in Japan during his time in the Marines and whenever we talk he always mentions that he'd like to see it again and have ramen from a simple cart on the side of the road. I think that would be nice to do with him and I want to do it really soon.

02 | Paris, France

In my freshman year of high school, I took French and I learned so many things. I love the way the language sounds and my mother even studied there when she became a chef so I grew up eating a lot of French cuisines. But also one of my favorite artists Rann-Poisoncage lives here too so, I hope to see her one day while she's at her yearly conventions.

03 | Singapore

I would love to see the Merlion, itās so cute! MissKika and her husband visited last year and she posted videos and her Instagram story and I thought "Wow, I've never seen this part of Singapore." She even went through this beautiful part and pointed out all the lovely flowers and some chickens too. I was really in awe.

04 | Santorini, Greece

I first heard of this place while playing LinePlay. One of the gachas was a Santorini collection. It looked so cool yet summery. Then Arisucookie and her partner went, also last year, and showed so much more. I was surprised to see that SaltBae was there and how even more beautiful this place could be. It also seemed like a really romantic place for my partner and me to visit.

05 | Seoul, South Korea

I have a soft spot for South Korea, when I was younger my eldest uncle was married to a Korean woman. She was my favorite aunt and I loved spending time with her. She was my first introduction to Korean culture, in their home she had so many beautiful things that she and her food was amazing. She even tried teaching me Korean but it sadly didn't stick with me. Then when I was a senior in high school I met an exchange student named Jun. He was very kind and one day while at lunch I was playing some JPop for my friends and he asked if heard Kpop. He introduced me to Girl's Generation and Super Junior. Also, can I add that I Saw the Devil is a great movie? Intense but great!

06 | Las Vegas, NV

My best friend and my fiance have been here before and have told me how much they like it. My bestie, in fact, goes every year with her family so she's always telling me about the anime conventions and shows going on. Also, I hear that Celine Dion and Britney Spears play in Las Vegas frequently. Both artists my mom and I have funny memories of. When not listening to her country or gospel music, I would often wake up on Sundays to her blaring Celion Dion while rearranging the house and cleaning. It was the omen of "If you wake up, you'll get roped into helping her." and there goes sleeping in. However, at night, I would play all my Britney CDs on a loop.

07 | Berlin, Germany

Did you know I also took German in high school? I did! It was wild and remember...not very nice things. But I have always loved German architecture, especially the Gothic architecture they have as well. I also want to know more about Germany outside of the tragedy that happened there. Without meaning to be insensitive, I want to know what Germany was like before WWII and how they've changed since.

08 | The Maldives

So this is on the list because I really want to see the glowing beaches before the ecosystem gets so bad that I'll miss out on it. It is such a natural beauty and so interesting how it glows that way. Wouldn't you want to experience it too?

09 | Bali, Indonesia

Indonesia is one of the places I somehow hear the least about despite it being so beautiful and tropical. I also don't hear or see much about the culture or the people. So it's here because I'm so curious to experience the beauty this place has to share.

10 | The Blue Lagoon, Iceland

I've always wanted to visit a hot spring and while looking around for hot springs in Europe, I found The Blue Lagoon. The images I saw were so intriguing and inviting. Also, the website offers skincare and I'm also curious to try that out. I remember using Dead Sea soap in my teens and it really cleared my skin so I wonder what kind of benefits the geothermal waters and minerals can offer one's skin. https://www.bluelagoon.com/
So what places would you like to visit? I'd like to know!
